You have spent many years at school studying the English language. Now the time has come to start putting your skills to use (and this is the fun part!) In the discussion classes at our department, you will have the opportunity to learn how to discuss relevant and important issues as well as how to persuasively express and defend your own ideas and opinions in English. From the third year, you will be able to choose from a range of elective courses with a more academic focus. The courses that I teach, for example, introduce students to exciting fields such as sociolinguistics and political philosophy. Why not join the discussion?
